Chef Marco Necchi lets each ingredient tell its own story, guiding it with a refined, understated technique that preserves its true character and purity without ever overpowering it. Simple ingredients rooted in the Sardinian countryside come to life alongside the day's freshest catch, premium local meats, artisanal cheeses, and fragrant vegetables harvested from our own garden.

For special occasions or for a dinner out of the ordinary, we suggest our selection of champagnes, a timeless classic that never lets you down.

The settings
Surrounded by the green embrace of centuries-old olive trees and fragrant myrtles, La Ciminea emanates a rustic and fascinating elegance. An atmosphere that you’ll find in every part of the restaurant: from the inner rooms warmed by the fireplace to the pergola terrace overlooking the swimming pool, all the way to the pergola, immersed in the authentic Gallura countryside.

La Ciminea Restaurant is open from April to November and also welcomes non-guests. Lunch is served every day from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., while we open for dinner from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.
